Option to auto-zoom an item's image to fill the space

the space above a wish where the image goes seems to be square, but most images are some kind of rectangle. it would look a lot nicer if you could have it zoom in to auto-fill the space and get rid of the white bars that show up when it's not a perfect square. this could be on by default or could be a toggle button in the 'update item' menu where you customize the picture
